Cavapoo breeders in Illinois

Cavapoo breeders in Illinois

I created this list of cavapoo breeders in Illinois so you don’t have to spend time looking through pages after pages on the internet in search of your breeder. While I hope this list is of help to you, please remember to do your own homework and read thoroughly about each breed on their own website and possibly their reviews to see if they are a reputable breeder that you can trust and that does thorough health check-ups in their dogs and puppies. It is very important with cavapoo, as one of the parent breeds, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, can have certain grave health issues that may really affect their puppies’ health in a very negative way.

Before you contact a Cavapoo breeder to adopt your pup: Cavapoo owner reviews

Lydia, about her Cavapoo Casper

My husband and I have been thinking of getting a dog for quite a long time. At first, we weren’t sure about the breed. Then my friend told me about cavapoo and I fell in love with those little faces once I saw their pictures on the internet. At that moment, it was pretty much decided. We were getting a cavapoo!

It took us almost a year to find a good breeder and to bring our baby cavapoo home. Casper is now almost one year old, so I feel like I can somewhat confidently review the breed!

Casper was the smallest pup in the litter, but he’s growing up quite nicely and now he isn’t that small at all but a standard Cavapoo size. He also eats very well. He is like a little vacuum cleaner: he will inhale any food insight, especially if you drop something from the table. Not sure why I started my review with this personality quirk of his: maybe because it[;s his dominant trait? 🙂

He potty trained quite quickly as a puppy and we didn’t have too many issues with that. He did chew up a few slippers and a living room rug, as well as tried to destroy some of my books. But he is getting much less destructive the older he gets, so that’s good.

Casper is very smart, but can also be quite stubborn. Agin, he is getting better at listening to us as he grows older and mellows out a little, but he can still be quite a pain. If he decides he wants to do something, nothing will stop him. You have to have quite a bit of energy to make him behave properly, and sometimes we wonder if we are too soft on him.

Despite his stubbornness, Casper is extremely loving and affectionate. He is so people-oriented. He doesn’t much attention to other dogs at all, but people are absolutely his favorite. He is very popular among our neighbors: everyone wants to pet him, hug him or pick him up. And he is all for it! He loves attention and just soaks it all up. He acts like he totally knows he is a star.

Cavapoo do need some grooming, but not that much. We usually clean his eyes and ears a few times a week, otherwise, they get a little messy. We try to brush him daily to keep his coat smooth and clean, but he doesn’t like being brushed very much. He isn’t a fan of bathing either but has to tolerate it at least once a week, more if he has found a mud puddle he couldn’t miss.

In terms of feeding, we fed him dog food for a while and then began feeding more natural food due to some allergies he started to develop. Now we feed mostly meat, some vegetables such as carrots, some grains (he loves oatmeal). He’d also eat apples, bananas, anything sweet (Not chocolate of course!). He seems to be allergic to chicken and turkey, so we cut that out of his diet.

Our Cavapoo is very easy to train. He knows many commands, and I don’t really teach him all that much. He will sit, roll, lie down, bark and shake on command.

He looooves children. Casper loves everyone, really, but children are his special love. I think he feels that they are a little wild at heart, just like him. All our neighbors’ kids love him too and always ask if he’d come out to play.

All in all,  cavapoo is a wonderful little dog with lots of personality. We wouldn’t be without our Casper, ever, even though he can be a pain in the butt sometimes. But the love you feel for this little dog and the love that it gives you is really worth it all!

Cavapoo puppies in Missouri

The purpose of this article is to help you find cavapoo puppies and cavapoo breeders in Missouri State. As always, please do your own research on what finding a good breeder entails – gather as much information as you can before making a decision.

No one can do this for you. Read this article on finding reputable cavapoo breeders to help you orient in this (probably) new world for you. In this article, I briefly outlined several breeders I could find in the Missouri area and also had a mini-interview with Daxon from Weaver Family Farms Kennel and Tina from Teddy Bear Poodles and PooMixes. Thank you so much, Daxon and Tina, for the interviews!

Cavapoo puppies in Missouri: Weaver Family Farms

What is the name of your Kennel and where are you located?

We are Weaver Family Farms –  a small family-operated farm in Cairo, Missouri.

How long have you been breeding cavapoo?

I have been around poodles my entire life. We got very interested in cavapoos because the cavalier is a beautiful, very awesome dog – but they shed a lot! Combining poodle and cavalier to get a cavapoo helps you get the best of both worlds! A beautiful, awesome dog that is low-shedding!

Cavapoo puppies in Missouri - small pups

Why do you like breeding cavapoo in particular?

King Charles cavalier is a beautiful, active, smart dog, but so is the poodle! By putting these two breeds together for example you can get new beautiful colors that poodles otherwise do not have, but also cavaliers shed a lot and by breeding to get a cavapoo, you get a beautiful low shedding puppy.

What is special about your cavapoo? and/or In which ways would you say your kennel is special/different from other kennels?

We are state-licensed and have less than 10 licenses. I feel that, having less dogs, compared to some kennels that have hundreds, we always have a very special bond and relationship with our dogs. They all have names, all get plenty of attention on a daily basis because we do not have too many to handle and interact with.

Our dogs are our family, we know each one of them on a personal level and love each one of them! We only have a few litters of cavapoos a year. We are not a puppy factory. If you get a cavapoo from us, you will get the treatment of a small town family farm business, but with all the paperwork and proper treatment like you would from the biggest kennels out there.

There are many laws here in Missouri now that must be followed, but we like to go above and beyond by doing things like getting a health certificate from the vet for each puppy that leaves our home.

What can we tell our visitors to help them feel confident that your cavapoo are healthy? Do you do genetic testing? Do puppies come with a warranty/ vet certificate?

All of our puppies come with a health certificate from a licensed vet to ensure the puppy you are getting is perfectly healthy.

Are your puppies hypoallergenic or tend to cause less issues for people with allergies than other dogs?

Our puppies are low shedding which really helps those that have bad allergies.

Would you have any advice for a first-time Cavapoo owner?

As with any puppy, there are two main things you need. Love & Patience, if you have both of those, you will be successful with your new puppy!

What’s the best way to contact you to find more information or to get on a waitlist for a puppy?

Cavapoo puppies in Missouri: Teddy Bear Poodles and PooMixes

Cavapoo puppies Missouri - Tina's puppies

“Teddy Bear Poodles and PooMixes is a group of friends and family all located near Kansas City, MO and can ship a puppy by air or ground transport if needed.

We are a group of close friends and family that co-own the parents so each parent and litter live in a family home with the one-on-one attention all puppies and adults need.

I personally have been breeding for over 20 years. We handpick each parent for quality, conformation, color, health, but most important personality. This breed is loyal and very affectionate and many of our past pups have gone on to become therapy service dogs, as well as loving family pets.

We get cavapoo in reds, red/white, blacks, black tan, and tri-coloring. Our parents are on the smaller size and we breed for smaller lap-size pups that have the square build and short cavalier muzzle, but we also get regular-sized Cavapoo as well in these same litters.

They are shed- and allergy-friendly, which make them wonderful house pets for any home.

All our puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee and we are available to answer any questions before and after you receive your puppy. We also breed Cockapoos, maltipoos, Yorkipoos, and Toy Poodles. We can raise pups from this many different breeds in a home environment because, as stated before, we are a close group of friends and family and they are our family pets. We have an extensive website that has loads of puppy care info and advice for a new puppy owner.”

What do you love most about your cavapoo?
We love how sweet she is, that she loves people, and that she is absolutely adorable to look at and play with!

What are the good sides of having a cavapoo?
We like that they are calmer dogs. She definitely has energy as a puppy but she is pretty chill half the time and we like that she is a nice balance of being active and laying low.

Abbe, Mom of Ellie the cavapoo from Chicago, Illinois

What do you love most about Maggie?

I just absolutely love her temperament. She is unbelievably sweet and tremendously friendly. She loves absolutely everyone she meets. Not to mention she is super snuggly.

What are the good sides of having a cavapoo?

Their temperament is a huge positive. Also they are very smart and training has been so much fun. She’s an absolute sweetheart and completely adorable.

What are some downsides to having a cavapoo?

I think the downside is Maggie is very attached to us so we have been working on keeping her from developing separation anxiety. Also you have to watch her with big dogs just because she is so little.

Tina, mom of Maggie the cavapoo from New Jersey

Cavapoo breeders in Alberta, Canada

If you are looking for cavapoo puppies in Alberta, Canada, this post is for you. I listed a few cavapoo breeders in Alberta that I could find online and also an interview with a local cavapoo breeder about their kennel. Please, as always, do your own research and read our article here about choosing a reputable cavapoo breeder. There are several cavapoo breeders in Alberta, and it’s important to do thorough research before you decide on the breeder you like.

Cavapoo breeders in Alberta, CA: Country Home Kennels

Location: 25 minutes south of Calgary, Alberta

Please tell us about your kennel.

We have been breeding for 18 years, cavapoos for about 7 years

They are amazing, great family additions quiet for the cuddly TV-watching person and very smart for the runner, walker, agility training person, they are an all-around great family member with not a lot of issues, easy to train, very smart and quick to learn new things (mine are anyway).

We completely crate train them and potty train before they go home so we are a bit more invested in the well-being of our Cavapoo transitions into their new homes. We provide 24/7 training contact and info!!!

Cavapoo breeders in Alberta, CA: Country Home Kennels - puppy 2

What can we tell our visitors to help them feel confident that your cavapoo are genetically healthy? Do you do genetic testing? Do puppies come with a warranty/ vet certificate?

We do a vet certificate. In 18 years we have not had any issues with our puppies – mostly human error which we try to help correct. We have learned over the years warranty means about as much as the paper it is written on.

If you are not willing to talk, chat, text, email with your new families a warranty is not legal and binding in Canada as animals are all considered Chattel which is sad but a fact of our Canadian country. We stand behind our puppies! Our puppies are all tested and vaccinated appropriately for health and well being.

We do the F1 generation which tends to be a bit more toward the Cavalier and can cause some allergies, allergies are so individualized to each person. One litter may not bother you but another one may! We also do an F2 generation – cavapoo to cavapoo and also we do the F1B generation – cavapoo to purebred poodle. We find our most success with the F1B generation and F2 generation puppies for allergies

Why would you recommend someone to get a Cavapoo as opposed to any other breed?

I always let families decide what is best for them and always always get them to sleep on the decision which will help them make the right choice. If a family is seeking a cavapoo they know what they are looking for and tend to be determined to get one, because they have ultimately done their research or have seen or met a cavapoo. Cavapoos are so amazing and versatile with all types of families and individual dynamics within the family, we actually have a few as WestJet companion soothing dogs!

For a first-time Cavapoo owner, do your research on both breeds (Poodle and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) separately, and make sure you know what each breed brings to the mix. Come and meet them! I feel meeting and chatting with a breeder who is knowledgeable and knows the breeds can let people know what they are getting into.

Each breed has specific traits and temperaments, but we have learned over 18 years the chances of health issues are pretty much slim when it comes to crossbreeds. However, if you feed a lower quality food or give them no exercise, all factors in the proper dog care/health!

Cavapoo owner review

What are the good sides of having a cavapoo?
Goods are that he’s lovable and so easy to train. He’s playful and always up for an adventure but also happy to relax and laze around and do nothing. He gets on with everyone and doesn’t malt.

Would you recommend other people to have a cavapoo, why or why not?
I would recommend cavapoo to someone who have the time and patience to dedicate to the nurturing of a cavapoo as they do like love and attention and like company.

Arshiyah, pawrent of Merlot, the Cavapoo from Manchester, UK

According to their website, they care a lot about their puppies’ health and make sure the prospective owners are the right people for their cavapoo. UK cavapoo breeder located in Scotland

Is there a funny story you could tell us about your cavapoo?

Perri often gets confused by her own limbs…she thinks her back legs are someone else’s and often nibbles them and then gets sad that she’s bitten herself! She also chases her tail every morning and once its caught, she walks to her bed, tail in mouth so settle down and have a good chew!

Lauren, mom of Perri, the cavapoo from England

Look for a trustworthy breeder who cares about their cavapoo health and temperament, socialization and how well they will fit into your home. Never stop at just one breeder, contact a few to see which ones you have a better rapport.

yet another UK cavapoo breeder

If you have any bad feelings about a breeder at all, put your puppy buying process on pause and think of what might be the reason. Never allow any breeder to pressure you into the purchase – a good breeder will never do that as there are always enough people to buy a puppy from a reputable cavapoo breeder. Good luck with finding the cavapoo puppy of your dreams!

Is your pup destructive? Or maybe he/she is bored and sad when you are away? Wouldn’t it be nice to know exactly what your pup is doing at any moment, regardless of where you are? Well, you actually can. Honestly, my favorite invention of this century when it comes to pet care and well-being: the camera + treat dispenser + communication device from Petzi – check it out here. Talk to your dog when you are away (and see the happiness and excitement on their face), give them treats (even more happiness) and know exactly what they are up to 🙂

Myra and her Cavapoo Ollie

“There is really so much I could say about Ollie, but I’ll try to keep it short. Ollie is now 3 years old and he is a delightful little dog. He is my and my husband’s “baby” and we love him dearly. He brings us so much fun and happiness on the daily basis. But of course, he is a dog and he is a lot of responsibility! So if you are considering adopting a cavapoo, you need to remember that it’s not all fun and games and that you will be required to spend time with the dog, and not everything will always be easy. Are they worth it? For us, the answer is definitely yes!

UK Cavapoo and cockapoo breeder

What do I love about our cavapoo? He doesn’t have a doggy smell. His hair is curly, like poodles, and very soft and nice to touch. He smells clean. We do bathe him from time to time and brush him often, but I think he just naturally smells nice. Bathing him is easy because we taught him to bathe from a very early age.

He gets cold in the winter and needs a sweater.

He is very affectionate, friendly, loving, and quite active! I would never call him hyperactive, but he definitely likes being on the move. We spend a good part of our weekends outside: hiking with Ollie, playing in the park, etc. I think it’s only fair when you decide to share your life with the dog. They have needs and you are responsible for them meeting those needs. Physical activity and exercise are extremely important for a dog – as they are for people, too. Ollie keeps us active and always on our toes!

Ollie can be very emotional. If my husband or I am away from the house for a long time, he will get sad and will sit at the door waiting. And he’ll be so happy when we return! It’s really nice to have someone that loves you that much! At the same time, he is not clingy and knows when to leave me alone and just sit quietly in his favorite spot and play with his toys.

I would say he is pretty much a perfect dog for us. I hope your dream cavapoo will be a perfect dog for you too!”

Cavapoo breeders in California

Cavapoo breeders in California

If you are interested in finding a cavapoo breeder in California, this post is for you. I tried to come up with a list of cavapoo breeders in or near California, US, taking into account the information they provide on their website and a few criteria which could help me decide whether I could recommend these breeders as someone you can trust.

I looked at such things as: what does the breeder do ensure they only breed healthy cavapoo without genetic issues, how many litters per year they have, how they treat their customers and their dogs. I hope this list will be helpful for you in your search for a cavapoo puppy in California.

Cavapoo breeders in California: Golden Heart Doodles

Cavapoo breeders in California puppy

Golden Heart Doodles is a family-run, home-based cavapoo breeder in California located in Central Valley. They have been breeding several breeds of dogs, such as Yorkshire Terriers and Shetland Sheepdogs for over thirty years. Eventually, they wanted to breed a dog that would shed less, and also have minimum potential health issues. Currently, they mostly concentrate on cavapoo.

Psst, while you are reading this post, I just wanted to say you might also like these other articles:

Golden Heart Doodles are not a very large breeder: they breed on a small scale and raise all their puppies within their family, as their family members. They start training their puppies to have good behavior and also start house training them before they even go to the new homes. That doesn’t mean their puppies come fully house-broken and trained, but do have a nice headstart.

The prices for their puppies vary in the range of $2,000-$2,500 depending on the color of the puppy. The good thing about this breeder is that they provide the potential owners the pedigree of both parents of their puppies and also thoroughly test their dogs to exclude the possibility of any of the main genetic issues that cavapoo can have. Contact Golden Heart Doodles if you are in California. If you are interested in this website, please visit their website.

Cavapoo breeders in California: Cee Cee’s Puppy Palace

Cavapoo breeders in California: Cee Cee's Puppy

Cee Cee’s Puppy Palace is another small cavapoo breeder in California, located in the Central San Joaquin Valley. This kennel is run by a retired couple who have been breeding for quite a while, since 2006. They currently have about a dozen breeding dogs living with them (cavaliers and poodles) and a few litters of puppies per year. These breeders do not ship their puppies.

They have lots of testimonials on their website, as well as images of their puppies. They have a lot of information about their puppies and the process of purchasing one on their website, including a purchase contract. I haven’t been able to find information on what health testing they do on their dogs, but you might be able to find out if you contact them directly.

If you are interested in this website, please visit their website.

Cavapoo breeders in California: Calla Lily Cavapoo

Cavapoo breeders in California: Calla Lily

This Cavapoo breeder in California, Calla Lilly Cavapoo, is a small doggie home, which they like to call themselves as they don’t like to be called a kennel. They state that they normally have many puppies available as they private place them and all puppies are normally spoken for. But who knows, maybe you could become one of their private clients. They provide a health guarantee for their puppies and do several vet checkups before the puppies go into their homes. I was not able to find where exactly this breeder is located. Visit their website to ask about puppy availability.

Before adopting a puppy from a California Cavapoo breeder

Tony and his Cavapoo Lola

My Cavapoo Lola is almost six years old (but you would never tell because she is as goofy and crazy as always!). She is still very active and loves to play. I think, as a breed, Cavapoo is just very energetic, full of enthusiasm and is just the best if you need someone to lift up your mood and make your day. She is like a ray of sunshine in our life.

She is very intuitive and can read the situation very well. She always knows when I am about to leave, or when I am thinking of taking her out for a walk. It’s like she can read my body language. She will get worried and hide when she sees I am starting to prepare for bathing her, for example (She hates bathing).

Lola is great with children and older people. She loves everyone, really, but it seems that she understands when a person is more fragile or vulnerable than others, and she will act accordingly.

Lola isn’t very easy to please when it comes to food. It took time to find food that she likes and sometimes she won’t even eat that so I have to make something for her. Usually beef goes really well or some other type of meat. I am planning to take her to the vet to see if she may lack some nutrients in her regular diet.

Lola is very friendly with everyone outside. She isn’t afraid of other dogs even when they are bigger than her., But she also never starts a fight. If someone is aggressive towards her, she will most likely hide behind me rather than get into an argument. Which I like about her because I don’t want to get into any sort of confrontation. She is also friendly with cats and would never try to attack them or chase them. Sometimes she doesn’t even notice them.

One great thing about Lola and her coat is that she doesn’t smell much at all – I think that’s due to the poodle in her genetics. She doesn’t shed too much so there isn’t much grooming and cleaning to do which is also a bonus.

She is a little sensitive to cold weather and I have to be careful and keep her warm and dry, otherwise, she may get sick.

Her teeth have to be cleaned regularly to avoid teeth decay as well as a bad smell from her mouth (although minimal, it’s still there if we don’t brush).

It’s very important to have a good vet. You never know what can happen to your dog and you need to have someone knowledgeable and that you can trust, who can help your dog even if it’s Friday night. We had a few close calls when she got sick from something she picked up on the street (my fault!) and I can’t imagine not having help and losing her. I don’t know how we would live without her. Take care of your puppies!

All in all, Cavapoo seems to be a wonderful breed, at least our cavapoo is certainly an extraordinary dog. She is smart, lovely, affectionate, loyal, always at my side, playful and fun to be around. I doubt I would like to own any other breed after my Cavapoo. You need to find a good breeder so you can get a healthier dog but once you do find a good one, it’s a friend for life!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH ANYONE OFFERING PUPPIES AND ESPECIALLY ASKING YOU FOR MONEY. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL YOU SEE THE BREEDER PERSONALLY!

If you are looking for a cavapoo to adopt, check out our articles on how to find a reputable breeder. You can find such breeders in: Reputable cavapoo breeders UK, Cavapoo breeders in Ontario, Canada, and Cavapoo breeders in Alberta, Canada. You can also adopt a puppy from Cavapoo Rescue. Cavapoo breeders in New York – where to find cavapoo puppies in NY

If you are trying to find cavapoo breeders in New York, this post is for you. In it, I provided a list of breeders that I could find in google. I hope it can help you find your breeder and your puppy. Please remember to do your own research and ask the breeder if they do genetic health testing on their cavapoo (puppies and parents). Check out my recommendations on how to find a good cavapoo breeder here.

Cavapoo breeders in New York - breeder

Cavapoo breeders in New York – Mulberry Farm

This NY cavapoo breeder is located in Pleasant Valley, NY. They also breed cockapoo and schnoodles. This breeder strives to produce the finest cavapoo puppies, as they say on their website. They do have a breeding license and some good testimonials on their website.

The price of their puppies depends on the breed but generally is 1850$ and higher. One thing that’s different about this breeder is that they never ship their puppies, under any circumstances, so you will have to take a trip if you live far away from Pleasant Valley. If you’d like to visit the kennel, the visits are available by appointment. All their puppies are dewormed several times before going to their new homes.

Check their website here.

Cavapoo Breeders NY: Luvly Acres Cavaliers

Cavapoo Breeders NY: Luvly Acres Cavaliers

Luvly Acres Cavaliers is another Cavapoo breeder in NY and are located in Stanfordville in Dutchess County NY.  They have been around for fifteen years breeding mostly Cavaliers but they also have cavapoo puppies from time to time. All of their cavapoo pups come with a one-year health warranty, vaccination and deworming schedule and a certificate from a vet.

They have a very nice photo gallery with their puppies which I know you will enjoy looking at. All in all, they seem like a breeder worth contacting, especially if you are also located in Stanfordville NY. Have a look at their website here.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate any more cavapoo breeders in the NY area. I hope my little list will help you narrow down one breeder that has puppies and that you completely feel comfortable with. If you happen to be a cavapoo breeder in NY, please contact me and let me know so I can add you to my list 🙂

Happy puppy finding!

Cavapoo breeders PA: Finding Cavapoo puppies in PA

If you are looking for cavapoo puppies for sale in PA (Pennsylvania), this post is for you. Sometimes I publish these posts where I go through a list of breeders for a state, check out their websites to see how legitimate and trusty they look, and present you with a list in hopes it will help you sift through and find only the best breeders out there. I hope this list will help you find the best cavapoo breeders in PA.

Cavapoo breeders PA: Finding Cavapoo puppies in PA

Cavapoo breeders in PA: Millers’ Designer Cavapoo Puppies

Millers’ Designer Cavapoo Puppies is a cavapoo breeder in PA, located in Kinzers, Pennsylvania. The word “designer” in their title might make you feel a bit off, but there is really nothing vain about this breeder. Dave & Edna strive to produce healthy, well socialised cavapoo puppies and are as transparent and honest with their customers as possible.

Millers’ Designer Cavapoo Puppies is a small family kennel. They  raise home-grown puppies with love and affection. Check out their Facebook page here. You will find pictures, updates and news about their previous puppies and upcoming litters. I am not sure at this point if they ship their puppies out of state, so you would have to inquire about that.

Cavapoo breeders in PA: Millers’ Designer Cavapoo Puppies

This is definitely not a puppy mill and I do recommend checking them out. They might not have as many litters per year / at a time, but you will work with someone caring very much about you and the puppies.

Stone Bridge Puppies

Stone Bridge Puppies is another breeder offering Cavapoo puppies for sale in PA. They are located in Allenwood PA.  They are a small family run kennel specialising in small and large breed poodle mixes.

They definitely look like a good, reputable breeder. They do put a lot of effort into keeping their puppies healthy. All of their dogs are vet checked, regularly vaccinated and dewormed to maintain their top health. This breeder also offers a genetic health guarantee on every puppy they sell, which is always a good sign.

They have a lot of good information on their website, including information about their puppies, gallery and pictures of new litters and puppies for sale, lists of their males and females and prices for their puppies. I am not sure if they ship their puppies as I couldn’t find that information on their website. If you are interested in this cavapoo breeder and can make a trip to Pennsylvania, check out their website here.

This breeder strives to follow to the highest-quality breeding standards, producing puppies that are healthy, happy and free of genetic disorders. They are a five-star breeder as acknowledged by the American Canine Association and take great pride in every placed puppy. Apart from everything else, they have a truly gorgeous website with sections about cavapoo nutrition, frequently asked questions and testimonials.

King Mountain Doodles puppies come to their new owners with a full two year health guarantee and lifetime support. They are always up to date on their vaccinations and have been dewormed regularly and thoroughly checked by the vet.

I definitely recommend contacting them if you are looking for a reputable, trustable cavapoo breeder and don’t mind travelling to Pennsylvania to pick up your puppy. Of course, you can also find out if they would ship your puppy to you instead.

Cavapoo breeders in PA: Lapark Cavaliers

LaPark Cavaliers is a family-run business mostly specialising in Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies for sale in the PA, MD, and DE tri-state area, but they also sometimes have cavapoo from what I can see on their website. This is a home based, family-run kennel, something of a family hobby for this breeder. Because they are family-raised, their cavapoo are well-socialised, affectionate and outgoing.

Having been breeding cavaliers and cavapoo for more than fifteen years, this breeder definitely knows what they are doing when breeding puppies. They care a lot about the health of their dogs and puppies, as well as their good temperament. All puppies are dewormed and go to their new homes with health guarantee.

Their site looks somewhat new and probably doesn’t have all the information they were planning to post yet (I am just assuming here), but you can check out their beautiful gallery of their puppies and litters that are ready to go to the new homes. I would recommend checking this breeder out.

Cavapoo breeders in PA: Jones Farm

Jones Farm is another cavapoo breeder in PA. It is actually a small family farm raising Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens and other animals, as well as cavapoo puppies! They breed their Cavapoos back to a Poodle (F1B), to encourage non shedding and hypo-allergenic puppies.

All of their parent dogs are genetically tested and strictly selected before allowing into breeding. Every puppy is vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped before leaving for their forever homes. They cavapoo puppies are raised as family members and are surrounded by people, children and other animals from a very early age.

This ensures that puppies grow up with nice, even temperament, affectionate and well-socialised. This breeder has a really interesting site talking about their farm and their puppies – check out their huge gallery of cavapoo puppy images for extreme cuteness. All in all, do check this breeder out

I hope this small list of cavapoo breeders in PA will help you find your puppy as soon as possible and make a good choice between available breeders. If you are a cavapoo breeder in PA, let me know and I will add you to my list!

This is an Ohio-based kennel (Lucas!) that is run by Terry Cross, who has been breeding dogs for over 30 years. They breed cavachons and cavapoo. Terry has worked a lot as a vet technician, obedience trainer and in other roles where handling dogs was the primary role, so he really knows what a good dog should be like. This is why he pays attention to forming his cavapoo personalities just as much as he does to breeding healthy, happy and beautiful dogs.

Psst, while you are reading this post, I just wanted to say you might also like these other articles:

Kelly’s Cavapoos/Cockapoos is another cavapoo breeder in Ohio who breeds cockapoos and cavapoos on a smaller scale. She has a nice following and I recommend checking out her page to see if she has any puppies. I don’t think she has a website at this point.

Since there aren’t as many cavapoo breeders in Ohio, here are a few breeders from the nearby states

Cavapoo puppies – Texas. List of cavapoo breeders in Texas

Cavapoo breeders in Texas:

Looking for cavapoo breeders in Texas? I hope this little list will help you find the good breeder that has cavapoo puppies in Texas and bring you and your dream puppy together!

Unfortunately, after extensive research, I found that there aren’t really that many cavapoo breeders in Texas, so I supplemented this list with a few breeders out of state and in the neighboring states.

Cavapoo breeders in Texas

A lot of breeders these days can safely ship puppies via airmail or with puppy nannies (people that will fly with your puppy to deliver it to you), so even if a breeder seems somewhat far from your hometown, don’t lose hope. You can still get that puppy. Don’t go for the closest breeder to you just because they are close.

I would recommend to instead choose the breeder that seems most reputable and provides the most guarantees related to their puppies health and temperament, and let them ship the puppy to you.

Vicky’s Toy Puppies cavapoo breeders in Texas

Vicky's Toy Puppies cavapoo breeders in Texas

Vicky’s Toy Puppies is another Cavapoo breeder in Texas and is located in Childress, Texas. They breed several smaller cross-breeds and, from what it looks like, they sometimes have an occasional cavapoo litter. They have lots of pictures on their site and look like a small breeder that cares about their puppies. (And also are conveniently located in Texas!)

This breeder pays a lot of attention to puppy health care and disease prevention and is ready to be of assistance if anything goes wrong with your puppy health-wise. They also give a limited health guarantee to the new owners. Apart from that, you can find some good advice on their website about puppy nutrition, adaptation to the new home, training, socializing, health care and life with a puppy in general.

Check out their website here.

another Cavapoo breeder in Texas

Petit Jean Puppies

Although this cavapoo breeder is not in Texas but in Arkansas, I think it can be close enough for some of you.

This breeder offers high quality healthy cavapoo puppies, although they also breed cavachons and some golden doodles. They are a USDA Class A Breeder with a License and look very legitimate. They treat their dogs as family and provide them with proper care that you would provide for your family.

Petit Jean Puppies perform multiple health tests and screenings and DNA genetic tests on every one of their dogs. They also make sure they give their dogs best food and medication available to keep them in top health. Improving the breed is their passion and motto, and it seems like they really stand behind their words.

This breeder has lots of information on their site about purchasing a cavapoo with them, puppy delivery (if you live far), all the necessary documentation, puppy health care, training and socialization.

Cavapoo breeders in Texas: Calla Lily Cavapoo

I highly recommend this breeder if you are looking for a cavapoo breeder in Texas and don’t mind going a little out of state to Arkansas. Check out Petit Jean Puppies’s website.

Cavapoo breeders in Texas: Calla Lily Cavapoo

Calla Lily Cavapoo are an exclusive cavapoo puppies breeder in Oklahoma. Apart from being a cavapoo puppies breeder, they are also a large and loving family of 6! They do not breed any other breeds but cavapoo.

Within the cavapoo, they only breed F1 cavapoo (a first-generation cross of cavalier and poodle). These breeders really care about where they place their puppies, trying to only find the best loving families for their cavapoo.

They also pay a lot of attention to raising their puppies healthy and happy by providing thorough care, excellent nutrition and medical care, and also socialising their puppies to become happy and easy-going adult cavapoo. Calla Lily Cavapoo keep their puppies till around 9 weeks of age before they let them go, and start potty training of the puppies right at their kennel.

Calla Lily Cavapoo really care about your experience as a new cavapoo owner too, and try to prepare the puppies to be the well-behaved dogs that know how to behave in their new homes.

Check out Calla Lily Cavapoo here.

breeder is in North Carolina and not Texas

Recherche Cavs

This breeder is in North Carolina and not Texas, but if you can afford a trip, do take a look at this breeder.

Recherche Cavs offers well-trained cavapoo, as opposed to other breeders out there. So, if you don’t want to put too much time in training your puppy or don’t have the time needed, check them out 🙂

There are a few other things that make this breeder stand out. They explain that their dogs are the best pedigreed dogs out there. They only choose the best lines of dogs for breeding, and most of their lines are imported from Europe, since Europe has had higher breeding standards than the US and has a better genetic diversity when it comes to cavapoo.

All cavapoo parents are thoroughly tested – both their genetics and their health – to ensure that the resulting puppies are of best health possible.

As I already mentioned, this breeder offers already trained puppies. I do like this approach – after all, training puppies is a job and who can be better at a job than a professional? Recherche Cav have an extensive puppy training program at their premises and that every puppy starts going through starting with 5-6 weeks of age.

Their team of professional trainers trains each puppy until the puppy is about 10 weeks old and ready to go to their new home.

Of course, the fees for their puppies are higher than at any other breeder, but Recherche Cav is not worried about finding clients. Moreover, they are happy to place their puppies for higher prices as it ensures the seriousness of the client’s intent to have a cavapoo and invest into it as much as needed.

This cavapoo breeder also makes sure your process of getting a cavapoo puppy is smooth and painless for both you and the puppy. They are organised and professional in everything from their website to how they handle their communication with you and organise all aspects of puppy purchase.

Definitely check out this breeder if you are interested in high -quality, well-bred and well-trained cavapoo puppies.

Cavapoo breeders in Texas: Teeny Tiny Teacups

Teeny Tiny Teacups are a cavapoo breeder in Louisiana. Their approach to raising puppies is family-based: their little cavapoo grow up in their home and get lots of attention from all family members including children. They are well-socialised from the earliest age and are used to being surrounded by a large family including small kids.

This breeder emphasises thorough puppy health care and put a lot of effort into preventative care such as vaccinations and vet check-ups. Teeny Tiny Teacups have a waiting list that you will need to join while waiting for your puppy, which is based on first come first serve principle.

They have a nice gallery where you can have a look at their puppies and some information on choosing the puppy, puppy care and some general info on cavapoo breed. They also have a pretty sweet Instagram account. Check out Teeny Tiny Teacups’s new website here.

I hope this list of Texas cavapoo breeders will be helpful in your search for a cavapoo. If you know of another Cavapoo breeder in Texas or perhaps you are a cavapoo breeder in Texas – drop me a line and I will add you to this list 😉

If you are looking for a cavapoo to adopt, check out our articles on how to find a reputable breeder. Cavoodle puppies for sale NSW: breeders overview

This post is an overview of cavoodle breeders in New South Wales that are reputable and that you can trust. Because health screening is so extremely important with cavoodles, I wanted to do some research and come up with a list of breeders that do extensive health screening for their cavoodle puppies and their parents. I hope you can find the breeder you are looking for in this list.

Cavoodle puppies for sale NSW

Cavoodle puppies for sale NSW: Charlieoodles

We really like this NSW cavoodle breeder. They seem like a breeder that really, really cares about the health of their puppies and consequently about the happiness of the new puppy owners. They do EXTENSIVE screenings for health issues such as PRA, MVD (Mitral Valve Disease),  degenerative myelopathy, mucopolysaccharidosis and Von Willebrand’s disease.

They invest heavily in having their parent dogs genetically screened and health tested to ensure none of the puppies have any health issues. There are many other things that they do right. Their puppies are raised in warm, family environment which ensures their early socialisation and soft, stable temperaments.

Cavoodle puppies for sale NSW

Their puppies are used to kids from an early age, so they will be great for families with young kids.

They only have a small number of dogs and treat them like family members. The very opposite of a puppy mill.

And of course, their puppies are gorgeous, which you can see on their website. All in all, don’t hesitate to reach out to these people if you are looking for a cavoodle puppy. Check out their site to see for yourself.

Oakies Puppies

Oakis Puppies is another breeder that breeds cavoodles from purebred poodles that were thoroughly DNA tested and health screened to rule out any potential genetic diseases in their cavoodle puppies. They breed mainly 2nd generation cavoodles using cavoodle ladies bred back to purebred miniature poodle. They sometimes also breed 1st generation cavoodles by mixing Cavalier ladies and miniature Poodle.

The kennel is located on 22 acres in rural lands of NSW.  Oakies Puppies are full members of Australian Association of Pet Dog Breeders and offer all certification papers as well as rehoming service for their puppies throughout their lifetime. They have a good number of testimonials and do look like a reputable breeder with all the extencive health screening that they do.

Cavoodle puppies for sale NSW: Chevromist Kennels

Cavoodle puppies for sale NSW: Chevromist Kennels

Chevromist Kennels aren’t based in New South Wales but in Hoppers Crossing, Vic. However, they offer shipping to Sydney, Adelaide, Brisben, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Newcastle, Perth and Townsville. They are also agents for other breeders who may be closer to where you are. They state that all their cavoodles and parents are DNA health-tested. They have a good testimonials/references page on their website and a Facebook page with over 13 000 followers.

Cavoodle puppies for sale in NSW: Camden Cavoodles

Camden Cavoodles specialize strictly in cavoodles, as you can see from the name. This breeder can boast years of experience and a holiostic approach both to life and to breeding their puppies. They care a lot about the psychological aspects of puppies and puppyhood and make sure they raise socially-adjusted, outgoing and affectionate cavoodles.

According to their site, they have a large area outside where their puppies can run and play which is beneficial for their mental and physical health. All Camden cavoodles are DNA profiled, as well as microchipped, vet checked and dewormed. Looks to us like a very trusty breeder. Beautiful website, too.

Oakhurst Cottage

This is what looks like a family business that provides accommodations AND cavoodle puppies! So if you are ever in need of room and want to adopt a cavoodle puppy, this is it 🙂 But seriously, they do breed cavoodles – namely quality toy and mini cavoodles. It’s hard to say if they do extencive DNA testing but they do the PRA testing in their litters/parents (Progressive Retinal Atrophy). I would request whether they provide testing against other common cavoodle health issues.

Cavoodle puppies from Fluffy Puppies

This breeder is located in the O’Connell Valley near Bathurst, 2.5 hours drive west from Sydney. They breed various cross breeds such as cavoodles, moodles, shoodles and schnoodles. They provide RSPCA inspection certificate and vet audit certificate on their website. They look like a trustable breeder, but we would request whether they DNA -test their parent dogs for common cavoodle conditions before breeding, and whether puppies are health -screened.

Cavoodle puppies from Country puppies

Country puppies is a small breeding kennel in Central West N.S.W. They specialize in cavoodles, moodles and shoodles. They are also vet endorsed, audited and inspected by local authorities. They have lots of good testimonials as well. Again, it is somewhat unclear if they do thorough DNA screening and health-testing of their parents before breeding. If you go with this breeder, we would advise to ask them directly whether they do.

Cavoodle puppies for sale in NSW: Billabong Creek Farm

Billabong Creek Farm is another cavoodle breeder in New South Wales. They breed toy and miniature cavoodles of various colors. They breed F1 cavoodles from spaniel mothers and poodle fathers, all PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) tested. They pride themselves in the high quality parents they use for breeding, and great temperament in their cavoodle puppies.

They have been breeding for over 22 years. They provide a 10 point health check sheet with their puppies and a written mandatory government health guarantee for three years. They look like a very respectable breeder indeed. But again it is unclear whether they health screen and test the parents and litters for a multitude of potential issues or not. We couldn’t find that info on their website. It’s up to you to ask.

Waratah Park Puppies

Waratah Puppies offer high quality cavoodles to families. Their puppies are thoroughly health checked by vets, vaccinated, dewormed and micro-chipped. According to their website, they pay a lot of attention to training and socialising their puppies prior to  sending them to their forever homes. Their puppies are able to sleep through the night (that’s pretty great for a new puppy!), know how to wear a collar and are ready for lead training.

They are also ready to be potty-trained (or rather house trained) right when they arrive to your home, and are supposed to do quite well with toilet training. Waratah Park Puppies has won awards as a business and are known for breeding and raising puppies for children with Autism or on the spectrum. All in all they look like a wonderful breeder although we didn’t find the information on whether they provide full DNA screening of their parents before screening. CavoodleLove is another cavoodle breeder located in the beautiful Lower Hunter, NSW.  They are a mother-daughter team dedicated to breeding cavoodles raised in loving family environment. Their focus is to provide the new family with a high quality, affectionate companion cavoodle who will bring happiness to the new home.

They use best practices in breeding and monitor their puppies and moms’ health and well-being thoroughly. The cost of their cavoodles is $3500 for all colours. This breeder does provide full DNA testing and health screening of parents before breeding. They are definitely a reputable breeder that we can recommend. They also encourage prospective buyers to visit their kennels and meet their dogs and puppies. Overall, I recommend contacting this breeder.

Note: I obviously cannot guarantee the 100% truthfulness of information provided above simply because I can’t visit each of these breeders and make sure everything they said on their sites is true. We simply provide an overview of information already given by these breeders on their website to help you narrow down the cavoodle breeders you might want to contact.

I hope this little list has been helpful and that you can find a breeder that will give you the puppy of your dreams. As always, we recommend only to work with breeders that provide full DNA testing and screening to ensure that the puppies are free of the common health issues that can be passed down from Cavalier King Charles spaniel.

Good luck in finding your cavoodle puppy!
